AA Museum Gift Shop Management

AA Museum Shops is always looking for new and relevant products for consideration to retail. Due to the large number of submissions we receive, and in order for your products to be given proper review, we ask that you follow the below Instructions:

Do Not Mail or Leave Materials or Samples at the Museum or Gift Shop location. Materials and Samples can easily be lost or misplaced prior to being reviewed by the Buyer.
For proper consideration, please send: 1) Samples (or Photos), 2) Retail and Wholesale pricing – including any quantity discounts, 3) Contact information of company representative (name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail),4) Acceptable payment terms (at least NET 30), 5) Ordering information – what is best way to send purchase orders to you? (fax, e-mail, mail, etc.), 6) and other relevant product information (catalogs, etc.). If you have a website, please provide the URL address as well.
If the Product is bar-coded, please provide the UPC Code (numbers at the bottom of the bar-code. The UPC is not usually the same as the ISBN number. For books, the new 13 digit ISBN number is the same as the UPC Code. Our Shop is fully automated, so we encourage, but do not require, products to be bar-coded.
If we feel your product is a good fit for the shop, we will contact you. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t hear from us right away. Since our requirements change periodically (due to changing museum exhibits, availability of alternative products, and consumer demand), your product could meet a future need.
Samples and Materials will not be returned unless a self-stamped, self-addressed envelope or package is provided. Please make sure enough postage is included.
